Not if you are not willing to try real hard.
I had a serious health problems due to my obesity and I was determined to give it a go , because my other option was operation. As I was in no condition to do exercises I wanted something that could help me not to be always hungry as hell. This thing helped me allot and I’m not sure if it is something that was just in my mind or not but I didn’t feel that hungry and results were very promising.
The bottom line is I lost 100 pounds in just over two months...
I think that You should give it a try.
